ARNIS
A Philippine style that includes Kali and Escrima. The style is generally uses with one or two fighting sticks. In more modern times, users have adapted the style for swords, tonfa, nunchaku and other weapons.
Arnis users may employ the following techniques: disarm, increase damage and negate defense. Kata rolls may be made with the following types of actions: Unarmed Hand to Hand/ Block, Combat throw, Kick and Punch.
